After the new update I no longer have a curser after you fixed the latest bug issue with the new update ( not being able to scroll through objects )

@762uf70r3jxv did you check the options ? Seems you can now change the size of the cursor on console, so maybe there setting there is bad for you ?

You can adjust the cursor size in game by going to Game Options > Accessibility.

Hello! I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem but after the new update my CAS cursor acted up before I could even get into the game itself. I made one sim and it went fine, decided I didn’t want to make a whole other sim so I downloaded one off the gallery. For some reason if I tried to pull features around or use detail edit mode my cursor would disappear and I would zoom out again! Mind you this was made in a new game so there were no previous saves, and I didn’t bother to continue playing once this started happening. Unsure if it’s from the new update or not but I figure to leave it here and see if anyone else experiences this! Thank youuuu!

I've played for awhile and suddenly my cursor has disappeared. I even click the cursor toggle on, I click "A" to confirm and I still have no cursor? Is this a game issue or what?

What happens when the bug occurs? The game loads without a cursor/ cursor is invisible.

The cursor is not visible. I have tried all the suggestions online and uninstalled and reinstalled the game still no change.

Since the last update, I’ve had major issues in build/buy mode. I’m on console so I know that it isn’t a mod/cc. 

With the build menu now constantly open, I can’t go into build mode to select items that I have already placed. It only allows me to place items from the build/buy options, so I have to place something new instead of existing. 

I try to press the touch pad as instructed to go to the cursor instead of it just flicking between the build but options, but no cursor appears, and it either goes to the top menu (I.E., manage world button etc), or drops down to the build/buy options. 

This is making the game in playable when I can’t change already existing furniture locations.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever I go into CAS or play the game normally the cursor will not show up if you need to move it somewhere.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I am in CAS or playing the game I can’t see where my cursor is at and it’s a struggle to try to guess where it is when I want to press something and it’s super frustrating and makes the game impossible to play.
What do you expect to see? My cursor on my PS5 should be visible.
