new patch is freezing game

@crinrict in my case, the patch fixed the random freezing issue I was getting on a Celeron N3350 laptop and the game now runs smoothly again on low settings. I just got the game and I thought my laptop can't run it :')

For me, after installing the update, the problem has disappeared - No freezing - Thank you for repairing the game.

Still a tiny bit of lagging, lasting about one microsecond instead of the couple seconds it was earlier. But that seems to be just my PC having a hard time processing the game and the livestream at the same time.

@crinrict The "gossipy news site" were correct. It fixed my lag. My game is back to normal. Now off to play...

Hi, the patch seems to have fixed all the lag for my game. It's running smoothly again!
