@541113129 Only thing that seems to work; and only work for a little while is creating a new save. Don’t get too attached to it either. After a while of gameplay it’ll eventually get the error code again. Seems to me it’s all empty promises because theyre either not working on it, or they have no idea wtf they’re doing.

@L33L4 , Fair enough. I would propose they're simply on damage control, but, judging from the carelessness in customer support and the lack of help from EA's side here, I think they're either ignoring us or simply badly stuck in bug fixes--which doesn't give me much hope on a fix coming out for this soon.

@L33L4  Agreed. I've only been in this for a few days, but, I know that this is bad. We shouldn't be facing this bug at all--much less having to do so for a month or more.

@L33L4 all my gaming friends, who dont play the sims told me this is classic EA style. Apparantly they dont care about the customer but just about making ez money and they are known for it

@541113129 my sims broke before I could even test out the island living and realm of magic packs that I just got. So I put my old saves in a different file and started a new save to test out mermaids and spellcaster and such. So hopefully I dont get too invested in them when they get the error

@Avenly Oh I agree 100%. EA us and always has been money hungry. That’s why their EA help chat is outsourced. They fix bugs for more money making games, and the little games that don’t have micro transactions just get put off.
