@pffffffth What is a NAP? If it's something to do with the Eco Living, then that is not the root cause of the issue, since people without the pack are having this error, too.

Myself, for one. I've had the error with the incomplete lot -sign. I don't have the EL.

Does anyone have any solutions yet? I've tried going back to previous saves bc I thought the file might've been corrupted (potentially by old CC I have installed or patch updates) but my game was working fine last night and now this morning the error code (134:b378c837:4240d837) has cropped up

@Minteasteams There is no fix. No updates. Tweet them if you want to join in on the pummeling of EA & The Sims. I made a twatter account just for the occasion.

I’m starting to thing different specs are having different bugs. Not sure if that’s possible. It’s just a wide range of different problems for everyone. And I’m sure not everyone is playing on the same pc.

@annam1213 THAT TRANSCRIPT IS MIND BOGGLING TO ME!!! How is he legit lying in your face that those troubleshooters work. I've tried them all! And they dont work, they might work for a hot second when you make a new save but the error code keeps coming back. I wanna hear about ANYONE who had the troubleshooting for error 134 work and make the game playable again

@Elecyah Just saying that it worked for me to get rid of the notification.  When I went into build mode on those lots with the Neighbourhood Action Plan of Caring is Sharing in place, replacing the missing items cleared it.  When I visited those lots when the notification was showing, Sims were stealing stuff left and right.  I don't know why you would have the error if you don't have the pack.  Just another of EA's messed up messes, I guess.

@pffffffth some troubleshooting just made it worse for me, first I could go back one save and play 1 day. Now as soon as I try to load my family it gives me the error

@Avenly I had the error too and it shut me down.  I've not been able to play my family for almost a month.  I have started a new game and am biding my time waiting for a fix.

@pffffffth Ah, I see. For me just loading the lot with the error from neighborhood screen in build mode cleared the error icon. As far as I could see, nothing was actually missing, and it loaded perfectly. HOWEVER, if any sims were added to the mix, as in: trying to actually play the save, I get the 134. My guess is that in this case the missing item has something to do with a glitched sim.

But on the other hand, no amount of deleting sims from the save gets rid of this iteration of error 134, like it apparently did for it's predecessor, which the patch of woes fixed.

Go figure.

Out of curiosity, does anyone how often it normally takes for EA to solve a bug like this?
