@drekbake sorry for the awful formatting but this is literally how it downloads, as a .txt file.

How long have you owned the game? Had you purchased any new EP recently?

How interesting! Me too!
I didn't think that the toilet fires was related to this bug - but yes, I also noticed this about a week ago - it happened every time any of my Sims used any toilet, including on community lots. Doesn't affect Toddlers on the potty. But there is smoke and fire graphics, and if the Sim pees in an upstairs bathroom, and you are on the floor below, the fire appears to be burning on the ceiling directly below the toilet.
It's just a graphic effect though. There's no alarm or triggers for an 'actual' in-game fire, and the graphics stop as soon as the Sim stands up again.
Have many other people with Error 134 noticed the toilet fire? Or is it a separate quirky glitch?

@drekbake Bought the game on 3/28 of this year, so just 3 months before the game broke. Bought a new expansion or bundle about every week up until the last big sale (mid June), where I bought about 6-7 of the last stuff packs that I wanted.
I ran into this problem about 2 weeks ago, despite having played nearly every day since getting the update the day it came out.

Same here. I removed all my mods, repaired the game restarted over and over with the same result.

Any update??

I believe the reason the community properties are showing as incomplete is because they are located in neighbourhoods where the 'Caring is Sharing' NAP is in effect. Sims keep stealing the stuff on the lot. If you repeal that NAP, the problem goes away
