There should definitely be some kind of compensation for this, to have almost 900 people (and that's not even including people who aren't using the forums) be unable to play a game for this long ... I added up how much money I've spent on this game including all my expansion packs and game packs and it honestly hurt lmao .... over £400 for a game that's not even working? bit of a joke.

I only got the error a couple of days ago. I can’t believe that’s it’s been a known issue for a month with no communication from EA.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Error: 134:b378c837:4240d837 I have been playing the game fine on saturday, logged on today and everytime i try to enter my last played household i get the above error. Nothing has changed, no mods, no updates etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? The error code states: The Games failed to load. It is recommended that you relaunch the game. Relaunch doesnt sort the issue out.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to load my household, this is the second error i have had like this in one month and it is very frustrating that i cannot play when i want too.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I was hoping by the time I got back home from my trip it would be fixed. I haven't been able to play since June 19th. C'mon EA.......

@aldbera It’s mind boggling how they are lacking so much in communicating with us what’s going on. You would think, they would find the problem after having the error for a MONTH.

@bangstans yea but they already have our money, if there was micro transactions in the game then they might speed up the process

i was only playing the household on Saturday nothing changed apart from the sims ageing .

@L33L4 Wow im so glad you were able to get this response. I hope they actually put out a statement. But also, if they're really still this early on in a fix lol... yikes
