About a week in real time. I dont know specific amout of time but I think it was about a week in real time I was actually able to play that one household before it gave me the error. I traveled a lot in it too. I really thought I was past the whole error thing and deleting those other corrupted saves were the answer. I guess I was wrong,lol. I would really rather not put anymore time into another family so I am hoping they fix this but at this point looks like we will have Sims 5 before this is fixed.

I'm experiencing this issue too. I have reloaded multiple times, restarted my PC. I can get into the game, create new sims. I just can't play them - enter the households.

I have no mods etc.

@ambar0330 There is no patch, there was an origin patch the last days. But it has nothing to do with the game. We still have to wait even though it been weeks for some of us with an unplayable game

@MissQuinnzell Unfortunately we haven’t gotten a solution yet, we are trying on Twitter to get them to make a public statement about this. But so far we are in the dark

@ambar0330 there is still none, they just updated the origin start/shop app, not the game.
