The same error, nothing to play... I wonder if they are really trying, I'm sure if a verified count on twitter reports the same error, they would revolve it in a minute. I'm feeling nobody for them! It's a week!

It is frustrating indeed, we have a heatwave here in the UK and it is so hot that you can not go outside because you eyeballs will dry out (lol) I wish I could play TS4 with my old save files, still, I can play with new save files, new game, and each time when I am loading my sims family I pray that my game does not crash...

Here we are still in quarantine time...
And it's cold, I can't even play with another Sim, I'm so angry about this position "we're still fixing it, no date to resolve".

It's amazing how they expect us to be cool and not play for days on a game we PAYED FOR. I hope they compensate for this *.

I’d be happier if they’d announce it on a social media platform. That they’re aware of the issue and it’s being handled. Instead of this run around every time we get into EA help chat. Btw I can’t use EA help chat now. Only gives me the call option which they obviously never call.

@crinrict However, when I tried playing with a new household the same problem occurred. Should I delete entirely my save files?
