I shouldn't be surprised that their contact us option isn't working right now, and yet I am. I'm literally so disappointed in this company's handling of this and honestly if they can't address us, then why are we paying them upwards of $100s of dollars (if you don't get the things on sale).

@dora958958 yep and all that tech support does is refer you to this very thread.... they should give something in return. It's ridiculous how this big of a problem isnt fixed yet....

I’ve messaged on Facebook. Doubt it’ll do anything but if they get flooded with messages on all platforms they’ll know to speed it tf up.

@Avenly that’s what I wanted to hear! Someone acknowledging that there’s an issue and assuring people who don’t even know to look on forums that it’s being taken care of.
