Cant load saves, error code: 134:64b8a94a:eb8f59db (after July 8 patch)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into a lot and get kicked back to the world screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? I select a household to play, and when I do I get kicked back to the world screen with the following error code: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:64b8a94a:eb8f59db It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
What do you expect to see? I will be able to play the game like normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not in past few days 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded the latest patch, the one that was supposed to solve this problem.

Happened to me too yesterday. I had been able to play again after the patch on thursday. I had played a few different households but had refrained from travelling, since that was what broke it for me last time. This time it was altering my sim in CAS.. Which was no problem 2 days ago... This is so annoying. I want to be able to play my game freely without fearing certain actions will break it... I tried playing another household, but got kicked back to the main screen even with that one. So playing another one doesn't fix the other ones for everyone like suggested...

Yes, I might seem angry because I am. I also suffered from the old bug that also made my game unplayable which was fixed in this July update and now, suddenly, I cannot play again. I managed for about an hour, tried to follow a sim to work and boom, manage worlds. Can you at least acknowledge this one this time on social media that you're aware this is a thing unlike last time?

Every time I try to play, I can't load any household, it goes constantly to error 134:64b8a94a:eb8f59db. It's not exactly the same than it was before the patch

It worked after de patch, I've played a few days but then today I can't play anymore

Please fix it (definitely this time)

What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error message saying my save can't be opened. This has happened with multiple saves.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to load my game and not have to start over every time I play.

After first getting this error, I tried reverting to an older version of a family and starting a completely new family. Both times I got the same error at some point in the game - traveling to a different spot or trying to load the family the day after playing it.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the patch that was released on July 8th to fix error code 134:b378c837 (which I was getting before the patch came out).

I saved and closed my game last night and then came back to play today and this new error is preventing that. I am able to get into build mode to edit a lot (with or without a household living on the lot) but I cannot load any household and play the game. I bought Eco Lifestyle, Toddler Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, and Parenthood yesterday (July 13th) during the sale - I should have known better. This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially after being affected by the original 134:b378c837 error code. I've tried a number of things to make the game work (including removing all CC and loading the game without) but nothing works. I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried to repair the game, I've also taken off my mods but nothing happens. I've also restarted this game multiple times. This bug happened after I left CAS.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to load up my family, it kicks me out and says the error code 134:64b8a94a:eb8f59ab and tells me to restart my game
What do you expect to see? I should be able to load my save file and play with my family

This accurance happened after I was changing the eyelashes of my sim in cas and then after I left CAS, it kicked me out of the game and gave me this error.
