[FIXED] Off-Grid-Living: Can't add fish to fishbowls

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work; Get together; Get famous; Cats and Dogs; City living; Seasons; Vampires; Parenthood; Strangerville; Dine out; Outdoor retreat; Spa day; Cool kitchen stuff; Fitness stuff; Kids' room stuff; Perfect patio stuff; Romantic garden stuff; Laundry day stuff; Move hangout stuff; Vintage glamour stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to add any fish to any of the fish bowls.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot add fish and (sometimes) the message pops up, "Power doesn't work off-the-grid." You can purchase a fish and it will be in the bowl, but if you take it out, you can't put it back in.
What do you expect to see? Able to add fish to bowls as normal. They should work; it's not an aquarium, it shouldn't be using power.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
...

Fish can now be added to Fish Bowls.
Fixed in Patch 1.54.120

Fish can now be added to Fish Bowls.
Fixed in Patch 1.54.120
