- Several flowers and shrubs recently became incorrectly hidden behind a cheat. We have fixed this issue and returned the foliage to their proper place in the catalog.
- I love the word foliage.

@GymeaLillieHey, try repairing the game and check again. Right-click the game panel in Origin and you should see the repair option.
Let us know how you get on. 
Seen quite a few reports on this.
I'll check my game but it seems it's a bug
