Family leave won't work for me on the Sims 4

It will pop up that my sins can now take family leave, but I can't call my job to take it.

this is a known bug. I merged your post with existing bug report on the issue,

If you're not adverse to Mods, though, simvasion's mod that re-enables it still works. 

Hopefully they'll fix it officially, though.

This is occurring on the Xbox One version as well.

My Sims too can’t take maternity leave. She’s a doctor, he’s a tech guru. I have the Seasons, Get To Work and Parenthood.

I am on Xbox and this is happening on both my Xbox One and Xbox One X. I have all EPs and Game Packs. Have tried clearing game data on console and resyncing but still happens. Am doing 26 Generation Legacy challenge and is happening 100% of the time.

Are there any plans to fix this issue? I see it’s been going on since November and it’s now the end of March. None of my sims can take family leave either.

I am having this issue too, my sims career is gardener hope its fixed soon
