Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the windows in build mode... Specifically Mega Window (Double Budget Grand Deluxe DeLite) (See screenshot) and view swatches.
What happens when the bug occurs? Notice that one of the swatches in the central area of choices is blank/empty. (See screenshot).
What do you expect to see? A color of window to select. (I think it's a darker brown? It seems to function in allowing selection of that brown window, it just looks blank/empty in the swatches.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

We fixed an issue in which the Mega Window (Double Budget Grand Deluxe DeLite) in build Mode was missing a few swatches and displayed them as empty.
Fixed in Patch 1.79.93/1.47
