@crinrict Well, I didn't find an email to sent it to; I have no clue what PM/DM's do or how to find them. It said I could paste the link anywhere I wanted, but I wasn't sure how to sent something not on the board - though I may have as I do not remember seeing that ampersand before.

@Kitilark62 You basically upload the save to google drive and then get the link like you did for the video.

You can post it here as well but then everyone can download your save so it's better to just do it privately.

To DM someone (in this case SimGuruNick), go to their profile: https://answers.ea.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15928422 then click on the envelope icon under their user name and then just c/p the link in there and give a link to this thread so Nick knows it's about this issue.

Had my sims arrive at 4:33, so City Hall was definitely open. First I thought they must be too far away when I tried to use the Get Married interaction - they kept getting distracted with practicing singing and playing the violin. So I teleported them in front of city hall again, had the bride hold her bouguet and clicked get married. They kissed, then nothing. 
Then I thought maybe the bouquet was in the way and had her put it away. Failed again - this time the groom tried to run off and greet a friend. At that point I figured it must be too close to 6pm - 5.50 or so - and gave up.

i had Dm'd it to SimguruNick but I'm sharing it here too as i am still having this problem i have mods in my my game but i have seen others having this issue without mods

I use mods so I made sure to take them all out and test and even with a clean game, getting married at the city hall still doesn't work. Here's the dropbox link to my save, I hope it helps!
