How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.86.166.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, All game packs except Star War, All Stuff packs except Fitness
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect all the bottles from sand piles in Tartosa and get the notification that you have collected all the bottles.
What happens when the bug occurs? Receive a commemorative plaque in the mail called "PlaqueWallGenCollections_01_Set30 PlaceHolder Name"
What do you expect to see? I expect the plaque to have a real name, not a placeholder name.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

PlaqueWallGenCollections_01_Set30 PLACEHOLDER NAME wasn’t the name of the plaque that was intended. Apparently it was, and now is, Purveyor of Lost Messages. If you haven’t achieved this award yet, maybe pay a visit to the beach and have a look around.
