Tattoos and Skin Details don't apply to all outfits

I've had this issue too (mac) on any sim I've tried to edit. I've tested on many households in my save and i tried starting a new save (no mods in game)

Same here! No skin details carry through, I've tried with CC and vanilla too.

I have the same issue, except I do have Island Living. I thought it was a mermaid issue because at first it only happened with the mermaids, but I tried with some sims I had made before the patch and same thing. 

I also have a MAC.

As far as mermaids go it seems like the details will apply properly to both sim forms while linked but only to the swimsuit outfit. (So if you have the link on and you put a skin detail on the mermaid form only the swimsuit outfit gets it, even if you had another outfit open on the sim form)

EDIT: It happens with Scars as well. Teeth seem to be okay.

This is happening to me too but with skin details, I have to put them in all outfits and some of them aren't available for hot and cold weather outfits

This is happening to me too. I’m also a Mac user, and I use a MacBook Air (2018 Model).

I have had this problem today and I managed to fix it on somehow. I just closed the game and opened it again and I could apply the tattoos my sim had to all outfits. I am also playing on a Mac. This is the way I fixed it, but I don't know if this will work for others. otherwise try to just have the sims open and not any other programs. I hope this helped others who have the same issue
