How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs installed - Lovestruck Included All Game packs installed Stuff Packs: - Crystal Creations - Home Chef Hustle - Paranormal - Nifty Knitting - Tiny Living - Moschino - laundry Day - Fitness - Bowling Night - Backyard - Movie hangout - Spooky - Cool Kitchen - Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. In the Home Screen click on Play Scenario 2. Chose "Finding Love After a Breakup" 3. Create the houshold 4. Move Into a lot 5. Page Loads error appears
What happens when the bug occurs? the goals of the scenario are not visible
What do you expect to see? i want to see the scenario goals, so that i can play the scenario xD
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

I am trying to play the scenario "Finding Love After a Breakup," but when I choose the lot to play and enter the lot, this error appears. I could continue playing, but the scenario goals (the scenario box in the left upper corner) do not appear. 

I have reinstalled the game, removed the mods, deleted all the files before reinstalling, and still the error continues to appear. 

Also, I tried to start a new save, but the error still appears. 

However, so far, only encountered this problem with this scenario.

Does anybody experience this problem too?

I was able to download the pack and create characters to start playing with. I purchased a property but when it enters live mode I get the attached error notification.

@andrecontre93  What game version do you see in the lower-right corner of the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one?  I ask because this error should have been fixed in a previous patch.

@andrecontre93  Interesting, I wonder why this error is back.  If it's a game bug like the last time, EA would need to fix it.

Normallly I'd suggest a clean user folder.  Have you tried one already, as in, removed the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts?  You said you deleted all files, but I wanted to make sure that included this folder, which doesn't show up in a Spotlight search.

I had this problem as well. I did find the previous solution, splitting up the household and coming back to the lot and it loaded. It would be nice if this would be fixed without having to use the work around. (I am also on a Mac with the most updated version.  I feel like Lovestuck/the patch before release broke it.)

@puzzlezaddict yes, that is exactly what i did, tried it again today, but the error still appears.

@irishthanhy i tried that too, and it worked, but how did you move one of the sims back to the lot? i gues i will have to use cheats or the MCCC .

I just merged the households again through the manage households in manage worlds.
