No gallery sims on Cupids Corner STILL AFTER PATCH [ Edited ]

Hey all!

Thanks to the Simmers who provided their saves on this, we've discovered the root cause and are in the process of testing a fix now. 

I'll provide any updates I get on this one going forward in the thread, so stay tuned here.

@EA_Cade Hey Cade, are you guys by any chance also fixing the voice pitch of these gallery Sims on Cupid corner that all change to female as soon as they come from cupids corner? Having gallery Sims but them all having broken voices that can’t be changed in CAS makes the feature still unplayable. I am still not seeing gallery sims in cupids corner and I have all the boxes checked to on

Any updates on this?

My whole game is still is not working properly after the release of Lovestruck. Still no gallery sims. I've practically memorized what sims will come up on the app because nothing is being pulled from the gallery, it's just recycling a line-up. Still no unique date notifications after going on dates with sims/getting a romantic connection. 

"Unique" romance notifications example: A friend sim of mine sending a notification like "I found a ring in so & so's bag, I think they're going to propose!"

Also, my sims are being mean on dates with no prompt to do so.

But that's just the beginning as this thing has opened up a new can of worms.

It's almost like I don't even have the expansion pack installed. Unless I physically play in Ciudad Enamorada, the only difference in the game is the change of scenery, everything else feels empty and unchanged. Either something in the coding is not speaking to or signaling things in the game entirely, I don't know. But it seems like it was not ready to release in the first place.

After the first patch when Lovestruck was released, my game now crashes when pulling any lots from the gallery, randomly crashes when travelling to another lot, and does the infamous infinite loading screen I see everyone talking about on the Sims 4 page comment section on Instagram, now I got it

I just want to play my game, and all the expansion packs I've paid for, properly.

This issue should be resolved in the next base game update as mentioned in the Laundry List here.

@EA_Cade Thank you!! 🤩 I noticed that the laundry list section for Lovestruck actually only contains all the old posts from the past patches already and no new items, are you sure they have made a new change regarding this issue? It sounds like it is just the first Cupid fix that was already in the last patch and didn’t fix the issue retroactively? I’m wondering if the team forgot to add all the new fixes for Lovestruck to the list?

• Players who had saved after using Cupid’s Corner while Gallery Sims were not available were still not getting Gallery Sims there after the previous update. NOW everyone who is online and has the feature enabled should see them.
