[FIXED] Kids get whim to do TV workouts [ Edited ]

Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except My First Pet Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child gain a fitness skill (through sit-ups or push-ups) while energized
What happens when the bug occurs? A child gets a whim to do either a power sculpt or dance work out. This action is not available for kids through the TV.
What do you expect to see? Children not getting this whim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I would rather see this whim removed than children being able to do this kind of work out

Just had a child with only motor skills, become energized and get this whim

Just adding my input ... I currently have a child with the Rambunctious Scamp aspiration. Every time he gets Energized, he chain-rolls whims to do TV workouts, which he of course cannot do.
