This is happening to me all the time, my sim is intent on trying it every. single. time. it rains, gets stuck, needs resetting, and then gets stuck in nude until i manually fix that too. annoying! It's happening in all worlds for me, every time it rains.

The animation works about 50% of the time.  The bladder need does fill.

What do you expect to see? Shower in rain relives hygiene need
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Sims can now Shower in the Rain… Jury is still out on Singing and Dancing.

Fixed in Patch 1.69.57/ 1.35

Going to mark this as fixed as I think this is the part that they did fix.

The bladder need still fills though but I don't know if that is on purpose
