Well I was kind of hoping for an email address to share to and a link to a forum to post on for myself and others to know in the future. I did write Robo a PM and I hope he will edit that post with the instructions so that others aren't confused like I am. He can at least put "this forum" and PM me the link to OneDrive instead of share through OneDrive.

@EmpathyHeals

Sorry for the confusion.  I've updated the instructions to hopefully make them a bit clearer.

We'll take a look at the issue.  Thank you for the files and video!

Is anyone still having this issue? I was able to reproduce an issue with item ownership on November's patch, but can't reproduce any longer on the most recent patch. Thanks!

hi @SimGuruNick, i've tested the frog, food/drink, voodoo doll, bookcase, computer, guitar and bed, and i'm glad to report that they work as intended. =)

right now i can't think of other items that had ownership issues after moving house. but i'm willing to test those, should you or anybody else remember any more of them. thank you!

@SimGuruNick I am having an issue with the My SIms Trophy, the fossils, and elements in the element racks. I put them in the family inventory to move and after retrieving them, they are no longer owned by anyone in the household.

I am fully patched and have the Laundry Day pack. I am modded, so I exited the game, removed the mod folder, cleaned caches and reloaded. I was still unable to interact with the collectibles except to enable emotional aura and study the item.

Hey @xoxjennxox could you possibly send me a save file, where you've experienced this issue, to assist our QA team with reproducing the issue? Thanks for the help! Instructions for sending me a save file are here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/INFORMATION-How-to-Send-User-Files-to-The-Sims-4-Team/m-p/6065...

@SimGuruNick

Well, I did have a save file specifically in case you needed it, but it apparently got overwritten.  I thought I had saved it outside of the game files, but I could not find it anywhere.  I just spent two hours going back through the .ver with no luck finding one from that time period in game.   I always do a Save As, but I still somehow overwrite other saves.  So, I had to start making copies for another folder, and I still did not find that save.

If I do come across it or the issue again, I will definitely send you the save file.

Would be great if you could also open a new thread for this. This one doesn't use the bug template and is a bit old.

Thanks

Hi, is there a new thread for this issue? I have JUST started playing again after months of hiatus. Purchased Cats & Dogs and Laundry Day. Game is up to date, everything is perfect except this bug. I do not have mods. Thanks!
