I don't have Insane interaction on mirror, but have materialistic on all sims. Also my sims without Romantic trait occasionaly have Lovelorn moodlet, and that is very annoying.

It’s with me aswell but the game has been glitching since the Cats and Dogs update so it’s nothing bad I guess

Have it too. Don't own Cats and Dogs due to tight budget. So I'd assume it's patch related rather than content expansion.

Same here, looks like it came with the Nov Patch and is across all my save files. I also do not own cats and dogs, I have also spied this on a few simmers youtubes like deligracy and lilsimsie who do own cats and dogs.

Also having this issue, CC and mods disabled/removed since patch. Bought cats and dogs the same time I downloaded the patch, and since then its been bugs galore. :/

I have the same issue and I do not only get flirt with self, but other insane options too (can't remember which, but will take note next time).

A related bug: I had a sim who was not insane keep getting the 'talk with friends' autonomous action and it would say 'from insane trait' (that he didn't have).
