Events and Jobs/School don't happen when scheduled

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Seasons, Parenthood, Spa Day, Luxury Party Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send any SIm to any event that doesn't happen immediately. Work, school, university, a party planned on the calendar- any of them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Events start 2-5 hours after the planned start time and end much much later than they should, even delayed.
What do you expect to see? Events and classes starting when they are scheduled to start and ending when they are scheduled to end.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

For example my university student will have a class scheduled and the time will count down to the class start. Then when it gets to 0 minutes the class menu says "Happening Now" but she has no option to go to the class and receives no messages that she's late or that she's missed the class. The amount is never exactly the same, but around 2-3 hours later she'll get the "has class in an hour" pop up and then it's still another 2-3 hours before the go to class interaction is visible or she gets any calls or moodlets about missing class.

Just echoing Crin here that we're still looking for more save files for this, we haven't had any luck reproducing this, any help would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!

@crinrict Yes i have tried without any mods or cc, and without any saves. My sims still wont attend class at uni. Its so frustrating so i have just given up and havent been able to play that expantion pack at all..

@SirenRenathe I'm unfortunately out of ideas as it worked for your save for me. If you did all the usual troubleshooting with renaming folders and deleting cache files.

QA is looking into this so I'm leaving this to them.

Im sure this is in the forum and ive read some about it and most are years old but i am having issues with my Sims clock.

The events dont match up. Examples: sim goes to work at 8 but doesnt go and the late notice doesnt come till like 9:30 or later.  Same goes for coming home on time. Supposed to be out of work at 4pm wont Finish till like midnight or later. Same happens with event times and interactions that dont take hours like washing the dishes take 3 hours and not the few minutes its supposed to. 

Actions also get stuck in the queue and dont perform  for hours. It happens at different points of game olay like restarting the game and playing again doesn't matter for the clock glitch. 

No. I don't have any mods or special things. Just the base game and all the expansions (Which is why im frustrated because we know they are not cheap.) 

I have uninstalled the game reinstalled it. Repaired and made sure all the updates are there and it says it is. Changed the folder in the EA folder and let it start a new fresh one and it still happened. Ran as admin as well. Lowered graphics also. 

Im at WITS ends as you cam see. I want to play and get my moneys worth but this is lowering the gameplay so much i want to quit all together

Thank you for the help!!  I'm sending them today. I'm sending the savs and the config data. I just don't know what to do in the meantime.
