[FIXED] [HSY] Siblings invited to prom through locker resulting in romance [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.3775.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, the relevant pack is in relation to the High School Years expansion.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two teenage sibling sims and bring their friendship level to the max. Have them both claim lockers, and once prom is announced, have one sibling leave a note on the other’s locker asking them to prom.
What happens when the bug occurs? If the sibling accepts the note asking them to prom, the siblings will automatically enter a romantic status in their relationship bar.
What do you expect to see? Either an option to only ask the sibling as a friend, have it automatically register as a friend date to prom, or have the note not work entirely on the sibling.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have two additional images relating to the save file the glitch was originally discovered on, but my sister, who was using the file, cleared the romantic bar between the siblings. The bar is still present, but it is empty.

@Bee6622 I adjusted the title of your thread a but. There was a thread somewhere about dad inviting the daughter to prom which is along the same lines.

Can't find that atm. Will merge later.

Now that more has become clear it looks like your issue is a bit different from the rest

Question to you: Did you play that family at the time of the message or do you play rotationally and have switch away to another family ?
