[FIXED] [HR] Sim keeps autonomously wanting to buy mini goats/Sheep [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPS, All GPs except Werewolves, Realm of Magic, Batuu and Strangerville, SP01, SP09, SP13, SP14, SP16, SP17, SP18, SP25, SP30, SP35, SP40, SP41, SP46.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a public lot with computers, for example the Willow Creek library, and wait a while.
What happens when the bug occurs? A pop up will show up giving a sim (not necessarily a household sim) the option to buy mini sheep and goats, apparently with the current household's funds.
What do you expect to see? This not to be an autonomous action, or at the very least, not for non household sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

If I am not watching my sim while they are gaming I keep getting the pop up that they are trying to buy a sheep or mini goat. They do not have the animal lover trait. They are just an elderly spellcaster. Is this supposed to happen or is this a bug?

We all know how cute they are, but Sims will no longer autonomously want to buy mini goats (causing the UI to pop up).

What happens when the bug occurs? NPC want to purchase goat/sheep and is the player choice to say NO. (If free will is not disable your played sim will make the same move)

What do you expect to see? It’s to hart to decision this for my NPC, I don’t want to make this decision (no autonomy action)

This issue exists since horse ranch. This pop-up doesn’t only come up for your active sims. I get it too for Random NPC mostly in the library and in high school from principal. If you use mods bienchen has a mod which stop this annoying behaviour for your sims + NPCs. You find it under: Autonomy Mods -> lessautonomouscomputer -> sims4me_lessautonomouscomputer_HorseRanch

Sims autonomously trying to buy sheep and goats when computers are available. On community lots this results in the popup appearing even for NPCs

LOL, me too. I’m minding my own business following other Sims in the household and get a pop up about purchasing mini sheep and mini goats. “Dude, you live in a fancy suburb of Oasis Springs, no!”

I’ve never seen this bug and it took me a moment to realize why.

All of my played houses are Off the Grid and the game won’t let you buy HR animals on a computer on an OtG lot even when you have plenty of electricity from turbines/solar panels (it’s one of my personal pet peeves).

 So, if you have Eco Living and want a workaround until it’s fixed, that might be something to consider.

@Slytherclaw72 That workaround is nice and all, but then you can't ever go to a community lot with computers on it either, because that bug just happened to me right now at the library in the university world.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except For Rent Expansion Pack, Castle Estate Kit and Goth Galore Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to high school with a teen sim in High School Years Expansion Padk and just play through the school day.
What happens when the bug occurs? At random times, a menu that shows that I am playing as the principal when I am not doing at all and it is the menu to buy mini goats and sheeps from Horse Ranch Expansion Pack.
What do you expect to see? That the menu will never open.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It was patch version 1.89 (On console)

I discovered this when I was playing with my new legacy challenge family. The Gen 2 sim was a teen and I decided to go to high school with him and just randomly, the menu appeared.

It is this menu right here, but with a picture of the principal in that green circle in the top left corner and it will pop up at high school.
