I've updated my previous comment. I'll be back with a fix if I find it but I can't give an ETA or even a hopeful "I'm closing in" yet I'm afraid.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? NONE. Nuked for troubleshooting.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wear any pair of glasses, but BG's yuAcc_GlassesRoundThin appears to show the issue with most Face Presets and with most Preset Sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? The glasses distort.
What do you expect to see? <ponders> A big ole bag of Sour Skittles and NOT THIS.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but I nuked my USER FOLDER at least a dozen times during my troubleshooting. I doubt anything survives my Shift + Delete surprise attack.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes.
Please describe the patch or change you made. I believe this began with Update 7/23/2024 1.108.289.1030 and it is still present as of Update 7/26/2024 1.108.335.1020.

The problem is in the EXE files. I've troubleshooted this for the past 18 hours. I should be sleeping. The problem is in the EXE files.

If I replace my 1.108.335.1020 EXE with my backed up 1.107.151.1020 EXE, the problem goes away. Other features don't work properly but the glasses don't distort.

By process of elimination, the problem is in the EXE files. I went through the patch package files. I butchered my INSTALL FOLDER for science, let's put it that way. I could explain to you step by step in detail how I troubleshooted this and how I butchered my INSTALL FOLDER to verify it but I'd prefer no one try to replicate what I did to see it for themselves then have to reinstall their game if they accidentally delete or forget where something goes.

After fixing the spine distortion https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-Spine-distortion-on-male-Sims-with-female-frame/td-p/1389..., I told myself I wouldn't prioritize this and then I did just that. BTW, can we get the spine thing patched officially please? You just need to restore or properly modify the 18 Deformer Maps listed in my mod. I simply restored the files from my backup. Feel free to check the mod!

Having the same issue, I saw it happen on For Rent glasses. It almost look like glasses have eyebrows of their own now XD

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and select the wire-frame base game glasses to the Sim (see screenshots)
What happens when the bug occurs? Clipping on the glasses frames near the eyebrows
What do you expect to see? No clipping, they should match the selection thumbnail

When selecting these glasses:

there's some clipping near the eyebrows on both male and female Sims:

Hairstyle, other accessories, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc. don't seem to matter.

I did not see an issue with any of the other base game glasses that I checked.

These screenshots were taken in a fresh save with mods, CC, and localthumbcache.package removed. I did not test gameplay without mods but did confirm the clipping during gameplay in my modded save.

Ye don't worry, it's not easy to make mods, it's already so nice to try to fix bugs ♥ please let me know when you're on a new version, i wanna try it out for you if you're okay with it ♪

Same issue here, most glasses incl these usually beautiful eco lifestyle ones are distorted

They are broken no matter if using any makeup, any hair, any lashes, I removed everything even the clothes and nothing fixes it.

The problem isn't with the other vanilla items or CC items or even your face sculpt. If I'm correct, and I think I am, something is wrong in the EXE and there's nothing we can do about it until EAxis fixes it.
