Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attend a community lot or social event with previous housholds/played Sims. Walk the dog or jog past other Sims jogging or fishing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Constant interruptions asking to add likes. I already had this for financial updates for previous households which was annoying but not as intrusive as it's just a notification. This actually interrupts the game as you have to answer it.
What do you expect to see? There are enough bugs at the moment that affect gameplay I'm sorry to say. I don't want these added interruptions. It's very much affecting social events. Attending gyms, anywhere music is playing, even walking the dog or shopping, it's constant.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Since Likes were added to the game.
I just had a Sim wedding ruined by this. It was fully attended by Sims I'd created and I had constant interruptions for Likes for dancing/music genres every minute or so it was ridiculous and ruined the whole event. At one point I got a series of them within seconds. I could hardly get my Sims married for the interruptions (along with other bugs reported on appropriate threads!)
I've already reported about Likes being intrusive, leading to them stopping whatever they are doing to dance to particular music or admire things. I don't add Likes in CAS at all now as it just causes too many issues but it's impossible to escape them.
