Gardening Bug on The Sims 4

I found that I couldn't plant anything on the ground on a lot that I used from the gallery. I tried moving it away from the house and all over the yard, but nothing was working. Finally, I decided to erase the terrain, and that seems to have worked. I can now plant anything anywhere, and my sim's gardening is only 2. Maybe, there is a bug where you can't plant over terrain paint? or maybe it is supposed to be like that?

Do you still know which lot that was and where you placed it ?

Are you using and mods in your game ?

Okay, this is an old post, but if anyone still has this problem, I was able to fix it by planting away from the edge of the lot.

So the solution is a reinstall. Ugh.

im not reinstalling my game again for the 3rd time this month. anyone have another solution?

this issue was fixed. 

Are you using any mods/cc in your game ? If not, please create a new thread. If so, please remove your custom content/mods.
