Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By living in Britchester and trying to travel to another lot, such as the Library or the Foxbury Commons.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a message that says, "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:e55b48b6:e52cbc4a. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." When I click OK and go to the world of Britchester, the lot I attempted to travel to has an orange triangle above it and says it's an unfinished lot.
What do you expect to see? The ability to travel to lots.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I was traveling around other worlds just fine, and it wasn't until I had my Sim living in the dorm house at Foxbury Institute that she was suddenly unable to travel in Britchester. I was able to travel to the gym in San Myshuno without a problem, but when I tried to travel back to Britchester to the library again, the game errored again. This time the code was 123:62ad84de:8974c82e. She can still travel to her home lot in Britchester, but apparently none of the other lots.

When I load into my game I get a message that says "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:c3e42451:b8509f7. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." When I relaunch my game it says the same thing. I have tried repairing my game through the EA app and when I move my mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder it works fine but when I add it back it says the same thing.

Was playing the game after installing the new update, and had my Sim travel from one lot to another, and after loading was complete, I was sent back to the worlds screen and the error popped up. I tried restarting my Sims, and when I was loaded into the worlds screen, the same error showed up once again. I am playing on PS4 so no mods are present. I have no clue what to do lol

EDIT: The lot I was trying to go to also has a yellow icon with a warning symbol on it

Fixed my issue by loading into a new lot with the broken Sim, one that is not the sims household, or the lot that the sim was trying to load into

Since the update yesterday I can't load into households, mainly if they are off their home lot. I've removed my mods, deleted the localthumbcache.package file and repaired the game but nothing has worked. I keep on getting this error code: 123:e27de4:659eeb80

I've experienced this as well only was trying to go on a date to the bar in Britchester. Also tested it by trying to visit. I can also provide a last exception if that would be helpful.

Needing some help on how to fix this. My game suddenly crashed today when I was traveling to thriftea. it left me in the manage worlds screen and popped up an error message saying failed to launch, a long error code, and that it was recommended to restart the game. and I've did that and it still won't load no matter what. it seems to only be this save, as I created a whole brand new one and its fine. I removed all the mods and also repaired the game via the ea app. any suggestions?
