[FIXED] [GTW] Children cannot study Xenopetrium element.

Another one for Xenopetrium 
My Alien child is missing the option to study the element Xenopetrium. The option still exists (and works) for the base game elements.

I've tested both Human and a CAS created alien child and they both had the option
