It happens anytime I am on a family where atleast one person that has a career.

I have a couple that are both unemployed and the error does not pop up.

The game seems pretty normal when the error occurs but sometimes can be laggy.

Would it behave the same way if you do not have my mods or CC ??

@mysteriousimster Well, if you only have the le with mods/cc installed, then it's not a bug but a mod/cc issue.

Just want to see if I can trigger it.

Well I have tried playing a game without mods and CC multiple times but i didnt have the sim get a job

That is clearly what causes it.

I also have a ton of sims and townies.

I do not think it is my CC or mods because people that do not use CC an mods are getting the same LE.
