@FlamingSoul2001 From what the patch notes says, I gather they had to delay the console patch. They didn't give any dates when it's coming though.

A Teen Sims’ skin material will no longer become corrupted after the Loose Tooth buff expires. You get to decide how to corrupt your Sims, not loose teeth!
Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73
