I know my video was in del sol valley, but it is happening in at least three of the worlds for me, I haven't' tested the rest just yet.
This is kind of hard to see, but this is the island in windenburg...
And it's not a specs issue. I have a 8 GB GTX 1070 (fully updated), Ryzen 5 2600, and 32GB RAM and play off an SSD.

We fixed the Del Sol Valley skyline texture glitch after exiting CAS.
Fixed in Patch 1.52.100
