Restaurant host too busy fauning over celebrities to seat guests [ Edited ]

I'm just going to mention there are a lot of issues concerning celebrities taking people away from their tasks. It isn't limited to just restaurants. Many venues and NPC social events are affected as well.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.50.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and game packs. Most stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bring a celebrity to a dance party or nightclub.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my celebrity sim goes to a dance party or nightclub, the DJ stops playing the moment the sim starts dancing. They go over and smooze all over the celebrity. Eventually they will return to DJing again, but the moment my celebrity starts dancing again, they will immediately stop playing and this will repeat over and over again.
What do you expect to see? I expect the DJ to continue playing when my celebrity starts dancing. DJs need to be made so their function is a higher priority than any other code that might interfere with that.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

We’ve toned down the amount of excitement that occurs when a celebrity makes an appearance outside of Del Sol Valley. They should be showing up outside of Del Sol Valley less often as well, so that should cut down on the ruckus.
