[FIXED] [GF] Global Superstar reacts in disgust with Spouse/Family Members

I've done the December 2019 update and STILL my sim who is almost a global superstar cannot interact with his toddler daughter or her mother without reacting in disgust and whatever action I selected him to do gets cancelled no matter how many times I commanded him to do it. It has made my game with that family unplayable for months and then when I saw that the recent update claimed to fix this I was so excited - but even with the update it is still happening and my game is still unplayable 
help!
@SNKM18 Please create a new thread.
To me it looks like there are multiple instances that are causing this and it's best to have a fresh report with current variables and a fresh me too count.
