I am still stuck at only being able to follow 8 out of 300 creators, this is very frustrating and unfair. I know a lot of simmers who have lost the ability to follow anyone!! Come on EA get this sorted please

I'm so afraid that even if/when they fix this, we won't get back our original list of followed users. We'll have to start building it up all over again. There's no way I'll be able to remember the usernames of everyone I used to follow.

This gallery migration has been an unmitigated (literally) disaster. Shame.

@InaMac Same here. I can no longer follow anyone, and I can't see the names of creators I previously followed.

Everyone i was following, gone, removed from my list, re added 1 and only that one now shows. Still have no idea how to read comments anymore, all comment areas are there, but all are blank, even if i add one. There was no reason to make changes to a working gallery EA, AAA title with a AAA price, but they never know how to fix anything, only break.

What happens when the bug occurs? all my followed people are gone. Ever since the big infant update all of the people i followed have been wiped out completely. The followers are still there but not the accounts I followed. So if i follow someone , the next time i check my gallery “friends” its again all wiped out.
What do you expect to see? I want to see people i follow Accounts in my friends list.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

All my friends list is gone even if i follow some Accounts again, the next time i log in to my gallery they all are gone

Some of us have some theories for you to consider and troubleshoot. We feel as though the gallery has possibly reverted back to a previous time period as a friend told me she has some old simmers she used to follow in her list but she knows she unfollowed them a couple years back. Me personally, I think the older the account the more glitches and/or loss of followers we've experienced. I've spoken to numerous friends who are feeling the same. Older accounts have a much larger volume of data to package up and move to another server. I believe the older the account = the more loss of followers, following, downloads, actual total creations shared, etc. Older accounts could be experiencing any, all, even more or maybe none of these issues - if they're lucky. The gallery bug list goes on and on. I think there is validity in this old accounts are more damaged theory as my weekly download and like totals have dropped by approximately 50% since before the 5/30 update. These drops, I suspect, are a result of my follower loss as well as the newsfeed being gone (different issue). When I look at veteran accounts who've been creating for years, I also see a drop in their overall likes and downloads, same as me. Our likes and downloads come from our followers first and foremost but the newsfeed is important too. If we've lost a percentage of our followers, or worse, can't even follow anyone, then we're losing many people who enjoy our content not to mention likes and downloads. When will we have an update or a genuine fix for this?!

Did it get fixed for y’all?? My account is natashakitty I can’t see how many followers I got or how many downloads I have. Also my notifications wall says it’s full but I don’t see any notifications at all like comments or likes or downloads. Please someone fix this or tell me what to do. It has been happening for like a week now, and I don’t know what to do. It is very frustrating and sad.

As one of those Veteran Account Holders, This Entirely Deleted Friends and Followers Issue has put an absolute damper on my ability to continue to create the No CC Content I've built a reputation on. Before this fiasco, I was about to pass a hard won 3k follower milestone. GONE! What is the point of Creating Content for a Follower Base if there is No Follower Base. 

To have spent THOUSANDS of DOLLARS and Over 20 YEARS on this Franchise, to be Shot Down and Not Given a Thought or Consideration is an INSULT to Every One of US that have Loved and Helped to make TheSims what it is Today.  And You're Losing Us.

We Deserve Better.

*Of course, I pre-ordered Horse Ranch. After years of training, why wouldn't I. But I am losing faith in and respect for this beloved franchise.
