[OPEN] [GALLERY] Followers & Followed People are gone/ Low Follower cap

I only follow 29 people because it doesn't allow me to follow more. If I want to follow more than those I already have, it allows me for a moment but then when I exit the game it takes them away back again. However the number of followers increases every day, although when I open the gallery/ my profile, it's at "0" and after few seconds appear my followers!! (fewer than I used to have, btw) I don't get it, it's pretty weird!

What is really going on, we're hoping that you guys can fix this'll soon! Thank you!

@LixyQuinn170 I have the same problem as you, I can add people daily, then when I log out and back in they are all gone, and I go back down to following 8. I do not see any followers, this remains at 0 for me x

my gallery doesnt even ask me to connect. its like it was before, always connected. but all the people i follow are gone. even if I go and refollow them, i lose them the next time i go into it. sometimes it tells me the people dont exist. I have EA Play and im wondering if it has to do with that.

They did change back how connection works.

Yeah I no longer have anyone under the following category either. I refollowed most only to next time start up the game they were gone again. Only followers appear but not following.

I really hope we're going to have this problem resolved soon. Every single time I play, I have lost all but 7 players that I follow. I try to follow all of the lost friends again, but it doesn't seem to stick as it reverts back to the list of 7 the next time I play. The list of players following me doesn't seem to change, it's the list of players I follow that are affected. This doesn't make any sense.

This is something we (the creators who use the gallery) need fixed asap. I can see so many creators having this problem, yet we are kept in the dark on any updates to try and fix this. Can you just let us know an estimated timeline on when we can expect to increase those we follow.

It's been 3 weeks. All my following and followers reset back to seemingly when I first got this game so many years ago. I've lost everyone I've followed in those years and anyone whose followed me. This is extremely frustrating.

Ok I am having the same issue as everyone else and frankly I am getting so tired of having to keep following people day after day, and the new pack that is coming out how is the glitches and isssues going to affect the new pack? These issues need to be fixed like right now.
