There are so many problems just now and every day more & more simmers are adding to the list.

Can we at least get some acknowledgement that you are reading our posts??

That somebody is trying to figure out a solution to these bugs that you created!

@InaMac it is not on I love looking at everyone gallery it would have been easier if it didn't unfollow most off the people I am following luckily I followed most of them back today I also lost some followers didn't have much to begin with went from 100 to 75 but not really worried about that i'm just happy with the support hope this bug gets fixed soon

All friends registered as friends have disappeared.
Even if you register as a friend again, if you turn off Sims and turn it on again, it will be initialized.

@InaMac I'm also having this same issue. Hoping they correct whatever has gotten messed up soon. Its a bummer to see all those followers gone, especially for those of you who have so many!

Since this doesn't seem to be a common problem I wanted to ask if the accounts of those of us who have these issues might have been hacked? Is there somewhere an official statement by EA about what might be the cause of this problem? Because if we got hacked shouldn't there be any precautions we should make?

Thanks for making this report @InaMac. I had the same problem, and I went on the gallery today and it showed that I had 1043 followers. This was nowhere near the amount that I had before. I don't know if I lost hundreds of followers... or if it has something to do with the bug. I have also recently noticed that my download numbers and likes have dropped significantly. It also shows that I am following 103 people, meanwhile, I was following around 150 before. I thought they would've fixed this by now 😂

My apologies in advance, but this response is just not good enough. How FAR have you progressed in designing a solution? Do you have an estimated completion date? In a very real way, we who have bought SIMS 4 and packs etc. are your stockholders. Stockholders should be apprised of how things are progressing. Keeping your stockholders (i.e., we SIMMERS) in the dark with "We're working on it" only invites frustration, anger, and a few other negative emotions.

Throw us a bone every now and then.

You can bet your bottom investment dollar that SIMS 5 is going to implode before it gets out of the starting gate.
