[OPEN] [GALLERY] Followers & Followed People are gone/ Low Follower cap [ Edited ]

I thought it was fixed yesterday, as many people came to my wall saying they could now re-follow me. I added over 50+ of the creators I followed previously. Signed out of game & the EA App. Went back in and guess what? They had all gone!! Once again I am reduced to following 8. Can somebody please come and explain why some can follow over 100, some only 50 but a lot of us less than 10?? Is there a fix or update to sort this? If so what is the ETA?? Any communication is better than just ignoring us.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost everything execpt for Kits, 14 stuff packs, 4 game packs, and 3 expansion packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know.
What happens when the bug occurs? My followers are missing and the gallery count is gone!
What do you expect to see? Less followers, "Unable to follow", Share date is on- 5`31`14
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

i was following 300 and mine got dropped to 290, cant see how many followers i have anymore as it says zero

Glad you made your way here, this is an absolute mess. The Gallery is where we, as creators & challenge hosts, have our social interactions on a daily basis. Now though I am not seeing anyone, I have to go looking and searching, this takes up way more time & I miss so many. I hope EA fix this soon, you are right so many are walking away from the gallery just now. If nothing is fixed I am sure many will leave the sims for good. x

We all had the issue, so I think that many simmers have lost many followers. Now, we can follow back the freinds we lost in the one we were following.
Now my question is: will we get all our followers back, or will I have to start like sort of newbie, after 9 years that I bulit my reputation on the gallery? I understand that many are no more active, but it it could be very sad to see what we built for so many years to be ruined. Thank you for replying.

I have exactly the same issue. All the people I followed are gone and I can't add them back. :-(

@InaMac Yes, I am having this same issue. My followers are showing at 0 when originally I was over 11,000 followers.

I have the same issue. I am also wondering if we will get all our followers back. I have been working really hard for my name in the Gallery since the beginning and I know that I am not the only one. It is really sad to see what is happening with the Gallery right now.
