[OPEN] [GALLERY] Followers & Followed People are gone/ Low Follower cap

I am a bit disheartened that Simmers are ordering the Horse Ranch in the midst of EA's hardened stance against fixing the Gallery. Not a day goes by where there is no new notification from someone regarding this issue. Buying anything from EA is sending the wrong message to EA. Boycotting EA until they fix this Gallery issue will send the message. We all (not just the most of us) have to come together as a powerful force and voice: fix the Gallery or else!

I almost lost my mind after I opened my gallery all my follow list was 0, thank you for reporting this, at least I know I’m not alone

I had theorized something similar to this. Incredibly sad that some of the longest and most dedicated players are being penalized. I can’t believe there’s been no movement on this as we approach the 2 month mark. Shameful stuff, Sims team.

Same happened to me. I don’t even want to play the Sims anymore. It’s been over a month.

Gallery has been a nightmare for months now. I have not been able to see how my downloads count on my profile page or how many people are following me since June. The display for the downloads and followers was always on my Profile page in the gallery where you can showcase a build. That's one major issue for me as I spend a lot of time creating and enjoy sharing my builds with everyone and can no longer see that download count boils my blood. Now the more frustrating issue is, no matter what I upload, how many times I upload, I'm always just getting 1 download and nothing else. I only have around 28 followers so my downloads count isn't crazy but I range between 50-100 downloads per upload. After uploading 5-6 new creations this week (multiple times) its always just 1 download. It's broken and getting worse. This has been the latest in the gallery blunders. I have every pack out there because I create a lot but I'm refusing to buy the ranch until we get any word that these issues are being worked on and/or solved within the gallery.

@Timocchio1969 Good to see you here Tim and thank you for caring about the gallery! I honestly think if the newsfeed came back, the sense of community would come back a bit too. I also think if there were true number caps on popular now filters we’d see a better variety of wonderful worthy creators in the gallery. 💜

Has this been resolved? I keep hoping that, with every update, the gallery would get fixed and I could see the people who's work I WANT to follow not who MAXIS and EA think I should follow? Has there been a work around I might have missed? I can't even look up the people's ID from things I've downloaded and try to follow them again? What gives? Has Musk taken over here, too??
