I want to simply play too, without bothering myself with 100.500 workarounds and game modification based fixes.

And this endless story of 'new DLC released > whoopsie, a number of old DLCs got some rather irritating bugs > sorry, fix release due is uncertain yadda yadda yadda > don't hesitate to post your problem at Answers HQ since it will change absolutely nothing!' got really annoying over last two years.

And with no opportunity for shifting the course of events towards something better for us all.

Does anyone know if the old mod for this issue from Louisim still works?

It's hitting three of my freelancers and driving me crazy.

I am also having this problem.  All tasks completed and gig is not completed or paid for. I have edited the game and restarted it with no change. It is now a day after the due date and the gig still stays in the job panel.

I have the same issue and I'm playing on Playstation. Decided to try a freelance job with my new story and can't progress. Can't contact help though chat. I hope this gets fixed

Same - the sim I'm playing is doing all the aspirations and all the freelance ones are unplayable. It's very frustrating. Has anyone found a fix?
