What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, Get together, City Living, Spa day, Dine Out, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Luxury Party Stuff, Vintage Glamour stuff, Movie Hangout stuff, Perfect Ratio stuff, Romantic Garden stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visiting Forgotten Grotto
What happens when the bug occurs? The lot looks like a square
What do you expect to see? Just natural lot view
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Could be since the latest patch on the 31st of July? I visited Forgotten Grotto on the 30th of July and it looked normal.

Today, my sim visited Forgotten Grotto and found this bug. I removed all mods and repaired the game in Origin but same. 

I opened a new game, and activated premade sim living in Oasis Springs. 

With NO Mods and NO ccs, I still can see that. 

Before removing mods and ccs, 

It looked like this with mods and ccs. But anyway only 1 skin tone is all cc I'm using. I have 4 simple mods. 

But after removing all, and started as a new game but the bug is still there. 

Here's my graphic setting. 

It was fine a few days ago when I was testing about catching fish issue in the sims 4 forum. 

Is it only me having this issue? 

I googled and searched this issue on Answers HQ page but haven't found it.

At this time, the forgotten grotto was perfectly normal.
