[FIXED] Food objects snap back to their original location

Issue
Food objects snap back to their original location when trying to move them using Click-and-Drag in Live Mode.
When trying to move the food object in Build Mode you see the following Error text: "Can't find object."
Steps you took for Issue to occur
Have a Sim make any food dish. Wherever the sim puts the food down is where it will stay. Try to move the food to a different counter or table. It will snap back to the original location.
Where does the bug occur ?
I only have 1 saved game, but it appears to occur no matter which lot you are on.
Mods/CC
I have never had any Mods installed. As far as I can tell there is no CC on my lot.

Workaround
Pull the food object into the Sims inventory or into the refrigerator. From there it can be moved to any surface.

- Food can be dragged into all worlds now. Dragged food… sounds yummy.
This has been fixed in Patch 1.23.112

I am having the same exact issue!
Ever since the new patch, I am not able to move dishes around.
I wanted to place cooked dishes from the kitchen counter to the dinning room table but the game itself is not making me able to do so.
Of course I tried the game without any mods and it was still causing it
