[FIXED] Family Tree is broken since 7/31/18 patch

My family tree shows a grey box in place of the actual family member. This happens even when creating a family directly out of CAS. I've repaired my game, uninstalled and re installed the game, and I've deleted the Sims 4 folder. I don't have any CC or mods. Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it?

bit unsure what you're trying to say. I don't think it's just active families that are affected by this issue.
You think yours is different then the rest of this thread ?
