Sim Profile not opening

Also having this. It's a shame because this secrets feature is one of the coolest things implemented into the game in ages and it's totally unusable. All script mods disabled.

I'm not sure why the title was changed to this because the profile does open, it is just bugged and bugs out the game and the relationship profile profile feature which is only fixed on reloading the save.

In my case the profile of the person with the secret does open, however its missing the secret under that section and the live mode doesn't pause, so the profile is opening but acts just like a weird overlay. It plays the audio of the menu music but when trying to close the profile it either doesn't close or closes but keeps playing the audio and won't open any profiles after that, even ones without secrets. It seems to bug out slightly differently every time.

@Rebekyy It's really hard to find a proper title and yours was mostly about the sound which not everyone seems to experience. Also some reported it only opens once and then not anymore.

Trying to make it so everyone can find.

I had a similar effect, maybe three days ago. Half the sims of the household I was playing were afflicted. When they opened a profile, live mode wouldn't pause and  the music which usually only plays as long as the profile is open would never stop, even in the main menu, until I closed the game. After that, these sims could not open any profiles whatsoever (nothing would happen after clicking the action).

However, I never discovered anyone's secrets. I don't even own For Rent.

After closing the game and reloading a save file from an hour before, everything was back to normal and has stayed that way so far.

I didn't dare save then, so I do not have a save file from when it happened.

Just had this bug happen in my game. After snooping for a secret I was prompted to open the profile, which I did, but no secrets were shown on the profile and it threw an LE.
