sims 4 rent

I have rental properties, but as soon as I go back to my own home.....it says I own NONE! I cant collect rent or anything! I have uninstalled the game, cleared cache, played around with the files and still it hasnt fixed the problem, There is no support in fixing this - Has anyone had the same issues? How did you fix it ?

@yuniecutie This worked for me to bring that unit back to the panel. Thank you!
I'm still having trouble with not being able to create a new unit without replacing a previous one. Have you come across a fix for that?

I am having multiple bugs and glitches. This pack was no where near ready for release with this many bugs! I can't see the rental properties I own, can't collect rent, but yet it is telling me my tenants are unhappy and there is a maintenance issue I can't fix! The dirty moodlet is always on no matter how much my sims clean. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, done a repair and nothing fixes it. I wish they would hurry up and release the patches to fix these issues. I can't even be bothered trying to play because of the bugs making it super frustrating. I have never played with mods etc either so I know that isn't the problem. I have a week left of my holiday and was hoping to get some gaming in to my break between assignments etc, but that's gone out the window

I solved it for myself. Not sure about everyone else. Certain numbered units were not showing up as available to fill vacant on the business tab. Units 1-3 weren’t showing up for me so I changed those unit numbers to higher numbered units. I changed the unit label for Unit 1 to Unit 6 and it finally showed on the business tab for me. Hope this helps for others.

Also cannot fix this problem.  Cleared cache, repaired, fiddled about with previous save versions, changed unit numbers, in and out of build mode, even bought a new lot to see if that would prompt it to show up... nothing!  

I also cannot see that anyone has found a solution and I've only just discovered that you can no longer create a case to get help... so fed up with this.

So. I had the same problem and tried a bunch of the recommended things. For starters, I do have mods enabled and there is no one except me living on my lot.

What ended up working was: I lived on the owned lot and went into BB mode. I reset the lot type from Residential Rental to Residential. I then went back into Live mode and then again back in BB mode. I reset the lot to again Residential Rental.

When I went back into live mode it re-added it back into the Owned Businesses panel. The only sucky thing is I had to redo/re-add the units afterwards. I am not sure how this will work if you have sims currently living on the lot that you wish to keep on the lot.
