Grace Under Pressure Cooker causing Filthy Surroundings moodlet

Originally this was only affecting my Sims with the Neat Trait. But now it's affecting all of my Sims. I moved the small appliances to the outdoor kitchen to avoid giving my Sim the negative Trash moodlet but she had family over for a barbecue and they were all complaining as they stood next to the pressure cooker. None of them have the Neat Trait and they were aged child, teen, young adult and adult.

I'm having this problem with the pressure cooker and the kettle. For the kettle in particular, usually when my Sims boil it and use it once, it starts emitting the filthy surroundings buff, stops being draggable, and sometimes even loses its upgrades if it has any. I can still use the "Put into inventory" command, but once in my inventory it doesn't have any options other than "Add to favorites".

Other times it stops being draggable but keeps the upgrades and doesn't emit the filthy surroundings buff on the first boil, but will lose the upgrades and get the buff on a second boil. I wonder if the bug is related to the appliance drag feature introduced in Home Chef Hustle?

ETA: The Tea Magic Personal Brewer is also getting the buff for me once a pot is boiled, and so is the Just a Spot of Tea, Tea Set. The Spot of Tea Tea Set stays draggable but can't be put into my Sim's inventory, only sold.
