It's 7 months after, and the glitch is still not fixed. This glitch really limit how I'd build a lot, especially community lots or more expensive residential lots. I hope it will get fixed very soon, it'd be disappointing to wait for a year and still see that the developers don't care about glitches they've created.

@Scarbo27 Me too! June 2019 it is still not resolved. I only do building most of the time with Sims 4 and since there seems to be an issue with this I cannot use these things in my builds. It makes me super frustrated >O
