Currently having this issues too, I also took out all of my mods, and the same thing is occurring.

Receiving Error Code: 134:368f1773:1921c013 that prompts me to relaunch my game. The error pops up when I try to load any household or travel from manage worlds. The June 4th hotfix didn’t work. I tried a different save made before the June 3rd update and I am able to load a household. I have tried removing my updated mods and had no luck.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play a saved game or new game in build or live mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? error code(s): 134:eeb85d1b:63cb2877 and 134:368f1773:1921c013
What do you expect to see? the error codes above and im asked to relaunch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. both the 06/03 update and the 06/04 update were both installed. have tried other fixes to avail.

ive logged over 1000 hours on this one family line. id be so sad if i lost all that and/or cant play ECO. help!

They released another patch today that did absolutely nothing.

I downloaded the "fix" patch, disabled my CC and mods, repaired the game, relaunched the game at least half a dozen times, and this is still happening.

My Sims gave me the same message. I get the error message for all of my sims in Britechester but works fine on all of the other worlds. My sims from other worlds can’t travel to Britechester either. 

“The game failed to load. Error code: 134:c8640a95:aee4535. It is recommended that you relaunch the game”

I’ve tried restarting the application, restarting my PS4, and I’ve turned the ps4 off completely and came back later. Nothing works. 

Any suggestions are welcome.

Apparently the patch issue has made it’s way to the PS4 also. I can’t access any families on any save.

I have the exact same problem faktririjekt is having. I was preparing my legacy sim for the new pack, so I sent her to college. I sent her to Darby's Den and invited her girlfriend when the game gave me the "Game failed to load. Error code: 134:368F1773:1921C013" Ever since then I haven't even been able to load into any family. I've included a video of what happens when I load in and also my save file. Here is the breakdown of what I'm experiencing: I try to load up my main sim; error message, I try to load up her family in a different world; no error message, just goes to world overview, and then when I try to load a completely different sim in a completely different world; error message. 

I'm on PC. I have CC which I've removed with no success. I've restarted my computer and repaired my game through Origin.

@shilohsunshine22 I had the same problem. Did you get any response? It's super frustrating! I uninstalled and reinstalled once, the code box still appeared but then I exited the game. I returned to the lot that was bugged but instead of play mode, entered via build and was able to delete this and saved the game to returned to "manage world's". But, when I tried to re-enter the house or any house, the error box still appears. Build mode is good but something is wrong with Play Mode...

I've been having the same problem as well with the same error code. Every time I click on my sims household, it tells me to relaunch the game with the given error code.
